P&P advised Dukes Education in connection with the acquisition of the shares of the “I.S.A. THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF ATHENS” which operates, the International School of Athens and Melina’s Kindergarten in Athens, Greece.
The transaction is the first of its kind in the Greek market, marking the first investment of an international premium private school operator in an international school based in Greece.
Dukes Education, is a UK-based leading operator of nurseries, schools, and colleges in the UK and internationally, having received growth capital from Macquire, Nomura and KKR.
