P&P advised EVROPI HOLDINGS S.A (former KLM S.A.), a company listed on ATHEX, and INTRACOM PROPERTIES S.A., both subsidiaries of INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A., on their strategic merger through an absorption of INTRACOM PROPERTIES S.A. by EVROPI HOLDINGS S.A. The merger was approved and completed in November 2024.
The merger represents an important step toward the implementation of the new EVROPI HOLDINGS structure, positioning the INTRACOM Group in the insurance business.
