Christina focuses on corporate, commercial, M&A and banking law. She advises domestic clients and international companies active in the Greek market on a wide array of corporate matters, including company formation, business structuring, corporate reorganizations, restructurings, liquidations, M&A and day-to-day corporate issues.
She is involved in a wide spectrum of cross-border M&As and other corporate transactions through carrying out high level legal due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, and handling related Greek law formalities ahead of transactions.
Christina also regularly advises global legal organisations and international networks on Greek anti-bribery and anti-corruption regime (AML), while her experience also involves consulting domestic corporate clients and international businesses on liquidation proceedings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Her experience encompasses banking transactional work on behalf of corporations and credit institutions, such as corporate loans and restructuring.
