SERGIOS MANARAKIS

Sergios represents clients in litigation arising from public tenders, public procurement contracts and other contracts entered into with the State. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation. Sergios acts in real estate development and financing projects and advises on the regulations governing land use. He advises on financial restructurings, insolvencies and reorganisations of private and listed companies.
