Papapolitis & Papapolitis acted for Hellas Online in litigation initiated by former employees following its corporate restructuring, one of the largest to have taken place in Greece. The former employees attempted to challenge their dismissals and achieve their rehiring by judicial means. Their petition was dismissed in a decision which significantly lessened Hellas Online’s exposure to legal risks.
