IFLR1000 HIGH-YIELD DEAL OF THE YEAR

Papapolitis & Papapolitis have been shortlisted for the IFLR1000 High-Yield Deal of the year for  having advised the lenders as well as the initial purchasers of the notes in relation to the financing, for the acquisition by doValue, a leading servicer of nonperforming loans in Southern Europe and listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, of FPS, the former loan servicing company of the Eurobank Group, a leading Greek bank. The winners will be announced during the IFLR Europe Awards Ceremony 2021 on 29 April 2021.+
