Our Counsel Georgia Mathiopoulou and Senior Associate Evgenios Fiflis will be delivering the seminar entitled “Bond Loans and Covenants”, organised by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI, on Tuesday, 23 June 2026.
The seminar will cover the regulatory framework applicable to bond loans and the contents of bond loan agreements, while particular emphasis will be placed on the purpose, scope and implementation of covenants.
The participants will have the opportunity to better understand the mechanics of the various types of covenants and enhance their negotiation skills in real-world transactions.
