Our team at Papapolitis & Papapolitis provided comprehensive legal support to OHA, ensuring a smooth and successful agreement in relation to OHA’s equity investment of up to €115 million with a co-investment right of additional €200 million over the next two years. The transaction establishes a corporate vehicle (CV) to hold IDEAL Holdings’ investments, with OHA acquiring a 15% stake and an option to increase its stake by an additional 10%.
