We are pleased to share the successful completion of the seminar “Navigating the New Judicial Reality” hosted by the Association of Société Anonyme and Entrepreneurship (SAE/ΣΑΕΕ) on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
With over 220 attendees from the legal community, it was clear that this topic is of great interest. The seminar addressed key insights such as the impact of Law 5108/2024 on civil justice, new court jurisdiction distinctions, and updates on pending cases under the new Judicial Map.
George Gravias, Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at P&P, served as the key speaker, alongside Anastasios Kardamakis, lawyer, and Dr. Ioanna Anastasopoulou, lawyer and Secretary General of SAE, who both made valuable contributions.
