This is typically achieved through the conduct of extensive due diligence to identify potential risks. Furthermore, we consider flexibility in negotiations and the drafting of transactional documents to be key to the successful completion of mergers and acquisitions. This flexibility is required from both the involved parties and their legal advisors, who are often called upon to adopt unconventional transaction structures or solutions in order to finalize the deal.”
