- The largest by size acquisition of a Greek Company in the last 20 years – Intralot €2.7Billion acquisition of Gamesis
- The largest real estate transaction of 2025 – €1.3Billion sale of Prodea Investments portfolio to NBG and Yoda Group
- The largest by size IPO with the highest investors’ demand on the Athens Stock Exchange for year 2025 – five times oversubscribed Qualco IPO.
- The largest transaction by size in the natural gas sector – advised Depa on a €600Million project in Larisa ThermoElectric SA
- One out of the 5 largest bond issuances of Greek issuers – €500Million Lamda Development
- Two of the largest notes issuances of European issuers €300Million doValue and €300Million PeopleCert
- The largest share capital increase for Intralot – €1.565Billion combining a €429Million cash raise and a €1.136Billion in-kind contribution, completing the acquisition of Bally’s Interactive.
- One of the largest NPL securitisation transactions – €700Million – NBG Frontier III
Overall, we advised our clients across 15 industry sectors and with a total transaction value exceeding €20 billion.
The growth of our team continued for another year as, within 2025, 9 attorneys joined us across our M&A, Finance, Capital Markets and Real Estate teams.
