Pavlina joined the firm as Operations Director in 2024. Pavlina is an experienced and results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in banking and operational sectors such as Opap S.A and Piraeus Bank. A professional with deep understanding of strategic planning, managing complex projects, leading and motivating teams.

Pavlina has held senior leadership positions, coordinating cross functional teams and developing business strategies that led to operational excellence. She has also directed and mentored high performing teams in challenging environments, achieving company goals and fostering talent development.

Pavlina holds a BS in Business administration from The American College of Greece and a MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster in London.
