The symbolism of the venue was particularly meaningful, given our firm’s role as legal advisor to the Athens Stock Exchange in its landmark transaction with Euronext — a milestone for the Greek capital markets and the country’s international investment landscape.
We were especially honored by the presence and remarks of U.S. Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle, whose speech highlighted the growing strategic and economic ties between Greece and the United States, as well as the importance of continued transatlantic investment and cooperation.
The evening welcomed senior executives from major U.S. private equity funds, Greek banks and leading Greek corporates, reflecting the strong momentum and international confidence in the Greek economy.
