Anastasia focuses on energy, infrastructure and administrative law, with significant experience in complex regulatory, transactional, and dispute resolution matters.  She regularly supports Greek and international clients in the development and operation of renewable energy projects, advising on licensing, environmental compliance, and public procurement procedures. Her practice also includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and conducting legal due diligence in the context of M&A transactions and project financing.

Anastasia has a strong background in administrative and civil litigation, representing clients before national courts and regulatory authorities, particularly in disputes arising from energy and infrastructure projects. She is also experienced in advising on EU law matters, including State aid and regulatory compliance, assisting clients in navigating evolving legal and policy frameworks. Her approach is defined by a combination of technical expertise and commercial awareness, enabling her to deliver practical, solution-driven advice in complex and fast-paced environments
