We are proud to have advised Dukes Education on the acquisition of the shares of Mandoulides Schools, one of Greece’s most established and prestigious private educational institutions, operating in Thessaloniki.
This landmark transaction represents the first investment by an international premium private school operator in a Greek private educational institution outside of the Greek capital.
Dukes Education is a leading UK-based education group operating nurseries, schools, and colleges in the UK and internationally.
