P&P participated in the 33rd Panhellenic Conference on Commercial Law, held in Thessaloniki on 14–16 November 2025. This year’s conference focused on a highly topical theme: “Corporate Restructurings, Transformations and Acquisitions.”
The event brought together leading academics, practitioners, and industry experts to explore key developments in corporate transactions and commercial law. Discussions covered a wide range of subjects, including:
- Typology and legal aspects of corporate transformations, acquisitions, and restructurings
- Foreign investments, competition, and sustainability considerations
- Acquisitions as strategic tools for business restructuring
- 🇪🇺 Transformations under modern EU and national legal frameworks
P&P was represented by Vicky Koutsopoulou, Counsel, and Kassiani Flaouna, Associate, who engaged with the community and contributed to conversations shaping the future of commercial law in Greece.
