Amalia has extensive European and International knowledge and experience in corporate, commercial and banking transactions. She participates in a range of dealings by carrying out legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation across a variety of industry sectors and advising on corporate matters at a cross border level.

Amalia also regularly advises on the incorporation and restructuring of companies in various jurisdictions, changes in the capital structure, corporate governance and matters related to day-to-day operations.

She further focuses on consulting and undertaking banking transactional work on behalf of clients, corporations and credit institutions, such as, finance restructuring, securities transactions and bond offerings and restructurings.
