She is a seasoned litigator, representing commercial & industrial clients on a wide range of Greek and EU antitrust/competition law, energy law and public law cases before the State Council, Administrative Courts and EU institutions.
She provides litigation services on competition/regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust investigations/disputes, as well as strategic advice to the highly specialized needs of companies operating in regulated environments.
She has rich experience in administrative litigation proceedings concerning energy producers, electricity traders and developers in relation to energy regulatory compliance, price adjustment disputes, market operation, competition law and constitutional challenges.
Eirini teaches Competition Law and Regulation as a visiting lecturer in the post-graduate course of the Law Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens “Intangible Assets and Competition.”
