Evgenios is a trusted advisοr to corporate clients across diverse industries, with a core focus on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and commercial transactions. He regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals of companies, equity financing, and shareholder agreements, offering strategic legal solutions tailored to business needs.

In the financial services sector, Evgenios acts as legal advisοr to Greek systemic banks in project finance transactions, as well as to loan servicers in the sale and management of loan and receivables portfolios.

He is involved in competition cases, assisting clients with the compliance of horizontal and vertical agreements under Greek and EU legislation, and representing them before the Hellenic Competition Commission.
