P&P Advises Aktor Group on €300 Million Notes Offering

Papapolitis & Papapolitis acted as Greek legal counsel to Aktor Group in connection with its issuance of €300 million 7.875% senior unsecured notes due 2031. Combined with Aktor Group’s recent €650 million equity offering, the transaction provides €950 million in capital to fund key initiatives under the group’s strategic expansion plan.

The international offering was oversubscribed 1.8 times, demonstrating strong investor demand for the Greek infrastructure group’s growth prospects.
