Alexis is a member of our Capital Markets and Financial Services regulation practice.

He is known for his experience and expertise in ECM/DCM transactions and has acted for international and domestic corporate and financial institutions on large-scale equity and debt capital market transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, private placements and takeover bids of companies listed on the Athens Exchange.

Alexis also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters and supports international credit and financial institutions, funds and asset managers in relation to the funds offering (UCITS, AIFs) and the provision of banking, investment and payment services.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexis was involved in several capital market projects acting for lenders and underwriters, such as banks, funds and institutional investors, as well as for issuers and advised investment firms and other financial institutions on day-to-day issues and complex as well as high-profile transactions, both domestic and international.
