She has been involved in a number of M&A deals, corporate restructurings and corporate transformations providing legal advice to creditors, debtors and potential investors in the context of pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings and other complex financial transactions. Vicky also provides legal advice on regulatory compliance across a variety of industries and supports investment firms and funds on corporate lending.
