P&P advised Intracom Holdings and its 100% subsidiary Intracom Properties S.A in relation to the acquisition of Europa Insurance for €46,55 Million launching its entering into the insurance market.
Intracom Holdings will enter into the creation of a new corporate structure, through the merger of its listed subsidiary on AthEx, K.L.M. S.A. and Intracom Properties S.A.
The transaction is the first of its kind in the Greek insurance market and will lead to the creation of Evropi Holdings S.A.
